Course

A certified, flat 5K starting near the Onondaga Yacht Club on the East Shore Recreation Trail at Onondaga Lake Park, heading down Tulip Street toward Onondaga Lake Parkway. Pre- and post-race base is the Cobblestone Ale House in Liverpool, with bagels, water and soup afterwards. Parking is at the Salt Museum lot.
