Course
Trail courses at Granite Beach in Folsom Lake State Recreation Area, running the lakeside singletrack through wildflower country. The 10-miler has six aid stations, at miles 1, 2.5, 3.5, 5, 7.5 and 9, each with water, electrolyte drink, gels and energy chews. A 5K runs the same trail system.
