Starts and finishes on Peachtree Street near 8th Street in Midtown Atlanta, with the route winding through Midtown and Piedmont Park. Water is available on course. The race starts at 9:45am, ahead of the parade at noon.

The St. Patrick's Parade 5K is run through Midtown Atlanta on the morning of the city's St Patrick's Day parade. The course starts and finishes on Peachtree Street and passes through Piedmont Park, with the parade following the same stretch of Peachtree later in the day.
