Course
A lapped, largely off-road course starting and finishing at the 3 Brewers Brewery near Hatfield, taking in local trails, woodland, farm tracks and country lanes in the Hertfordshire countryside. About 80% of the route is off-road and it is undulating but suitable for all abilities, with 47m of ascent over 5km and 94m over 10km. One water refill station is on course and the event is cupless, with a two-hour cut-off that accommodates walkers.

The 3 Brewers 10K is a multi terrain race in the beautiful Hertfordshire countryside. The course is undulating, yet suitable for all abilities, taking in local trails, woodland, nature reserves and country lanes.
