A relatively flat and fast course circling Sand Lake. The surface is a mix of pavement, dirt roads and paved trail. Packet pickup and race-day entry run from 6:30 to 7:45am, with an 8:00am start.

About

This 4-mile race starts and finishes in historic Sand Lake Michigan. Our course is relatively flat and certainly FAST - circling around Sand Lake through a combination of pavement, dirt roads, and paved trails. The race will be a part of the Sand Lake 4th of July Celebration. Proceeds will be used to raise funds for the Cedar Springs Cross Country program.
