One of Denmark's oldest and toughest marathons, run on Good Friday from Stolpedalsskolen in Aalborg. The marathon is six laps and the half three laps of a 6.9 km circuit of city roads and forest paths past the zoo and the Aalborg Tower — a very hilly course, with a six-hour limit.
