Course
Starts and finishes on the sands of Abersoch beach on the Llŷn Peninsula, following the coast path past St Tudwal's Islands and Porth Ceiriad. The 20K carries on to Porth Neigwl (Hell's Mouth) before turning back to the beach. Hydration stations, marshals and medical cover are placed around the route.
