A straight uphill race on the Aspen Mountain ski area, starting at Gondola Plaza at the base of Little Nell and finishing at the Sundeck Restaurant at 11,212 feet. The route climbs 3,267 vertical feet on ski runs, typically on snow. The field is capped at 200 participants.

The America's Uphill begins at the base of Little Nell and climbs 3267 feet up the Aspen Mountain ski area finishing at the Sundeck Restaurant at an elevation of 11,212 feet. This traditional uphill race is put on by the Ute Mountaineer and co-Sponsored by the City of Aspen with additional support from Aspen Skiing Company.
