About

The Ten-Miler is a competition to test your endurance and will be in support of the Fort Gordon Strong B.A.N.D.S (Balance- Activity- Nutrition- Determination- Strength) program. Army installations world-wide are banding together for the annual Strong B.A.N.D.S. campaign in recognition of "National Physical Fitness and Sports Month" during the month of May. Participants will be given Strong B.A.N.D.S. wristbands that symbolize the community's commitment to a healthier lifestyle.

A confirmed date shows its day; a provisional one shows only its month, because we won't claim a day we don't have. This page is rebuilt every night from the RunCalendar catalogue.
