Course
Both main races start and finish in Cassiobury Park, Watford. The half marathon runs on fully closed roads out through country lanes past the Grove Hotel and golf course, Bucks Hill, Commonwood Common and Chandlers Cross before looping back. The 10K is multi-terrain, splitting from the half at 4km onto 3km of Grand Union Canal towpath and woodland trail. A 1.8km family fun run is held inside the park.
