Autumn Leaves 50M/50K/30K

Course

A flat 10K loop at Champoeg State Park in St. Paul, made up of about 80% paved bike path and 20% dirt singletrack and typically runnable in road shoes. The 30K runs three loops, the 50K five and the 50 mile eight, all starting and finishing at the park. Two aid stations are passed three times per loop, with the Oak Grove stop accessible to support crews.

The Autumn Leaves 50 Mile, 50K and 30K are trail ultras hosted by the Oregon Road Runners Club near St. Paul, Oregon, in the Willamette Valley. The race is timed to the region's autumn color.
