A 13.1-mile loop around Bald Eagle Lake in White Bear Township, Ramsey County, run on country roads with rolling inclines. Aid stations are placed every 1.5 miles. Pancakes with maple syrup are served after the finish.

The Bald Eagle Half Marathon takes its name from Bald Eagle Lake, a large lake in White Bear Township just northeast of Saint Paul. The single half-marathon course threads through the lake-dotted landscape of the northern Twin Cities suburbs.
