Course
Run inside the Michaelhouse reserve in the Balgowan valley off the R103. The courses cross open grassland and NCT plantation with hill summits looking out to Midmar Dam, iNhlosane and Giant's Castle, climbing about 188 m, 297 m and 640 m on the short, medium and long routes. Each course has one to three aid stations; walkers are welcome on the two shorter routes.
