Course
Starts on the Bosque School grounds and runs the Paseo del Bosque Trail through the Rio Grande valley, under the mass ascension of the Balloon Fiesta, with balloons sometimes landing on the path. The half marathon goes at 7:00am, the 10 mile at 7:15am and the 5K at 7:30am, all chip timed.

The Balloon Run falls on the opening morning of Albuquerque's International Balloon Fiesta, the world's largest hot air balloon festival. Runners can take in mass balloon launches before tackling the half marathon, 10-mile or 5K courses through the city.
