Jeppe Marathon

Course

Two laps around Bedfordview and Edenvale from Saheti School in Senderwood, east of Johannesburg: a tough first 10 km with several inclines, a downhill past Gillooly's Farm, and a nasty little pull in the final kilometre — twice. 21 km, 10 km and 5 km share the same suburban tarmac. An official Comrades and Two Oceans qualifier, run by the Jeppe Quondam club since 1907.
