Course
An out-and-back along the beach sidewalk from the Washington Street Pavilion in Bay Saint Louis, paired with a one-mile stand-up paddle that heads south parallel to the shoreline and returns. Entrants may run the 5K alone, do both legs, or split them as a two-person relay. Paddlers bring their own board.
