Course
A lapped mountain trail race starting and finishing in Crickhowell, Powys, in the Black Mountains of Wales. The route crosses forest trails, mountain tops, river crossings and ancient churches; the 40 mile runs the 20-mile loop twice, the second lap in reverse. Climbing runs from 1,535 ft on the 10 mile to 8,924 ft on the 40.
