Course
Trail races through Nerstrand Big Woods State Park, under a canopy of old-growth oak, maple and basswood. The 10K is relatively flat apart from one descent and climb through a creek bed; the half marathon adds the hilly north trails past the historic falls. Leaves and roots underfoot, with some paved road sections. The 5K is point-to-point from a bussed start mid-park.
