Course
Starts at Hyde Common, Frogham near Fordingbridge, one of the highest points in the New Forest National Park. Routes cross wide open plains and winding forest trails before finishing along Hampton Ridge back to Hyde Common. All routes are fully marked and marshalled with several aid stations carrying refreshments and energy products.
