Course
Starts from Montgomery Road in Bishop's Castle at 07:00 and runs the Shropshire hills, following sections of the Shropshire Way through the Nipstone and Stiperstones National Nature Reserves and up onto the Long Mynd. The 50-mile option repeats the first 26.2 miles of the marathon then adds a circular 24 miles through the Clun Valley on the Shropshire Way and Offa's Dyke Path.
