Course
Mountain trail races across the Black Mountains and Bannau Brycheiniog National Park, run over a long weekend. The 100 mile, 50 mile and 21 mile races start and finish at Cusop Hall, Hay-on-Wye; the 50km Ultra Bach starts at Llangynidr village hall. Trails are fast and not overly technical. Checkpoints carry water, energy drinks and snacks, with drop bags on the longer races.
