Course
Point-to-point runs down the Black Canyon National Recreation Trail through the Sonoran Desert, starting at Mayer High School in Spring Valley. The 100K finishes at Emery Henderson Trailhead north of Phoenix and the 50K at Deep Canyon Ranch, Black Canyon City. The surface mixes single track, jeep road and old stagecoach route, net downhill at +5,219ft and -7,337ft over the 100K. Nine aid stations serve the 100K.
