Course
Loop routes on Blefjell, mostly on footpaths with some sections across open mountain terrain where there is no path; the final two to three kilometres run on gravel road. Climbing ranges from about 150 m on the 5 km to roughly 3,150 m on the 92 km. The longer routes are left unmarked.

The event offers various race distances to cater to runners of all levels, from a 5km 'Småtroll-løypa' to a challenging 93km 'Storetroll-løypa'.
