Course

Run along the South Platte River at Riverdale Regional Park in Brighton. The half is mostly flat with about 3.5 miles of smooth dirt, looping Mann-Nyholt Lake before a slight climb south to a 1.2-mile loop at Valente Lake and a downhill return. The 5K is flat and fast, roughly half paved and half smooth dirt.
