Course
Coastal trail race from Grumpy's Bush and Beach at Blythedale, starting on the beach sand before heading inland toward the Mdlotane Estuary. Routes mix smooth single track with rugged dirt roads through indigenous coastal forest, shrubland and sugar-farm tracks. Long 18km (479m climb, 3 aid stations), medium 11km and short 5km.
