Course

Starts on Charleville Road a few hundred metres from the Tullamore Harriers club gate and finishes with a lap of the Harriers stadium track. A road route, mostly flat with gently rolling sections, running through Mucklagh, Killurin and Cloonagh and largely closed to traffic. Water stations sit at roughly miles 3, 6, 8, 10 and 12.
