A forest course through and around the Buggenhoutbos, starting and finishing at Erkridoplein in Opstal. The 8 km, 14 km and 21 km all run on woodland paths and quiet lanes in and around the wood, with a kids' run alongside.

The Bosmarathon is a unique running event with a course that does not have any laps.
