The Palmetto Bluff Buffalo Run offers a 10K, 30K and 50K ultra (solo or relay) on an all-trail 6.2-mile circuit through the maritime forest of Palmetto Bluff in Bluffton, South Carolina. The course mixes tree-shaded singletrack with dirt and gravel road trail, and a 10K walk division is also offered.
