A ten-mile road race on quiet country lanes in and around the village of Banningham, Norfolk, starting at 09:30 and finishing on the village green by the Banningham Crown. Roads are open to traffic, headphones are banned and a two-hour cut-off applies. Not suitable for wheelchair athletes.
