Course
A fast, flat 10-mile circuit starting in the centre of Twickenham, crossing the Thames at Kingston and Richmond bridges and finishing at York House. The route runs mostly on roads and paved footpaths, including the Richmond river path. Richard Nerurkar set a British 10-mile record here in 1993 that stood for 30 years. Marshals throughout and first aiders at the start, on course and at the finish.
