Course
A one-mile loop with start and finish in the car park of the administrative buildings at Rochester Rotary Sunshine Camp. About 80% of the loop is paved and 20% is non-technical trail; the first half descends and the second half climbs, with no steep uphills. The main aid station sits just past the start and finish, and personal aid is allowed in Tent City within 100 yards of it.
