Course

Three trail routes through Table Mountain National Park above Cape Town, taking in city, coastline and mountain. The King Protea covers 43 km, the Stately Protea 22 km and the Pincushion Protea 11 km, each climbing steadily onto the mountain before dropping back to the city side.
