Course
Out-and-back ten-mile race starting at the Sea Isle City Beach Patrol headquarters at 44th Street and the Boardwalk, run at 5:30 PM. About two and a half miles are on the blacktop boardwalk and the remainder on hard-packed sand along the beach. Water stations on course, refreshments at the finish.

A traffic-free, flat 10-mile course starts at Sea Isle City Beach Patrol Headquarters at 44th Street and the Boardwalk, running north on the boardwalk and beach to turnarounds at Strathmere and Townsend's Inlet before returning to the finish. The race features chip timing, water stations, refreshments, and toilet facilities, held rain or shine at 5:30 PM.
