Carry Your Cross

Course

Run over rugged terrain at Kanopolis Lake State Park. Alongside standard 5K and 10K trail races, the signature event asks entrants to cover the 10K carrying a cross weighing over 50lb. The field is capped at 100 places.

Carry Your Cross is a rugged 10K trail endurance challenge in Kanopolis, Kansas. Runners can take on a 5K or 10K over rough terrain, or attempt the signature 10K while carrying a cross weighing more than 50 pounds.
