Cave Run

Course

Trail event based at the Naracoorte Caves, with 42km, 23km, 15km and 5km courses setting off in staggered waves from 7:15am. Aid stations carry water, soft drink and snacks — five on the 42km, two on the 23km and three on the 15km. All aid stations are cup-free, so runners carry their own cup. Organisers advise trail shoes or road shoes with good grip.
