Course
Trail courses on the Folsom Lake shoreline. The 31K starts at Auburn Overlook Park and runs point-to-point down to Granite Beach, where the 10K and 5K both start and finish. Six aid stations serve the 31K with water, electrolyte drink, gels and snacks.

The Chanoko Trail Runs are an annual spring meeting on the Folsom Lake shoreline at Granite Bay, California, put on by TBF Racing. Entrants pick from 31K, 10K and 5K, with the longest race shuttled out to a separate start. Finisher medals and post-race food come with every entry.
