Course
A flat, USATF-certified Boston-qualifying course starting and finishing on Park Avenue in downtown Charlevoix, Michigan. The route runs along miles of Lake Michigan shoreline past the South Pier Lighthouse and the Mushroom Houses, including a stretch of crushed-granite trail through Fisherman's Island State Park. Downtown turns and out-and-back sections make it easy to spectate.

The Charlevoix Marathon offers marathon, half marathon, 10K, and 5K distances through Charlevoix, Michigan, a lakeside town set between Lake Michigan, Round Lake, and Lake Charlevoix. The race takes place each June in one of the state's most scenic small towns.
