Course
The 100-mile route starts in Dufton, Cumbria on the Friday and follows the Pennine Way, then the Teesdale Way, finishing along the King Charles III Coastal Path and Cleveland Way into Skinningrove, with about 6,563ft of climbing. The 50-mile covers the second half from Croft-on-Tees and is undulating rather than hilly. Ten checkpoints serve the 100 and four the 50, with hot and cold food.
