Course
A half marathon, 10K and 5K based around Riverfront Park in central Salem. The half marathon carries seven aid stations between miles 1 and 12.1 with water, electrolyte drink and energy chews or gels; the 10K has four and the 5K two. All distances must finish by 12:30 pm, with a four-and-a-half-hour limit on the half marathon.
