Course
A point-to-point urban trail race starting at the Theodore Wirth Park trailhead in Minneapolis and finishing in the Minneapolis Sculpture Garden. The route mixes singletrack, doubletrack and asphalt trail; the 5K is fairly flat while the 10K takes in the tougher trail sections. Fluid stations carry water and Tailwind, with gels on the 10-mile course.
