Course

Trail racing in Cliffs of the Neuse State Park, starting and finishing at the big picnic shelter by the lake car park. The route is mostly single and double track with a short gravel road section, crossing bridges with views over the river and lake. The 4 mile loop climbs about 225 feet, the 8 mile lollipop around 425, and the 25K and 50K run repeat laps of roughly 450 feet each.
