Course
Five races across two days total 42.2km. Saturday: a 4.5km cross country at Lake Mangamahoe, a 5km through Pukekura Park and a 21.1km half marathon using the New Plymouth Coastal Walkway. Sunday: a 10km climb at Pukeiti Gardens and a 1.6km mile at the New Plymouth Racecourse. Surfaces range from sealed walkway and park paths to grass and trail.

The Coastal Five is a two-day running festival in New Plymouth, Taranaki, made up of five races that together total 42.2km: a 4.5km cross country, a 5km in Pukekura Park and a 21.1km half marathon on Saturday, then a 10km Pukeiti climb and a 1.6km mile at the racecourse on Sunday.
