Course
An urban road route starting and finishing in Denver's City Park, passing Empower Field at Mile High twice at miles 6 and 20 and running roughly seven miles alongside rivers and lakes including Sloan's Lake, then through Lakewood, along Colfax Avenue and into downtown Denver. Aid stations with water and Gatorade sit every 2 miles, with energy gels at miles 6 and 20.

The Colfax Marathon is Denver's largest running weekend, offering a marathon, half marathon, urban 10 miler, marathon relay and 5K. Courses start and finish in City Park and run the length of Colfax Avenue through Denver and Lakewood. The marathon serves as a Boston qualifier.
