A flat, fast out-and-back along the Bay to Bay Cycleway beside the Cooks River, starting and finishing at Freshwater Park in Strathfield and turning at Ford Park. The Morgan Place road crossing is closed to traffic on race day. 10km, 5km and a 2km family dash.
