Couple Shuffle - Des Moines

Course

Start and finish at Grays Lake Park on Fleur Drive, running out and back through local parks: the 5K is a single out-and-back, the 10K a double and the 15K a triple. All waves start at 9am. The organiser notes the course can change with permit conditions.
