Starts and finishes on the Lord Williams's School playing fields beside Thame Leisure Centre. The relatively flat route runs through Thame's historic town centre and out into the surrounding countryside, returning on the traffic-free Sustrans Phoenix Trail, so nearly half the course is traffic-free.
