Course
Run at Silent Valley Mountain Park in the Mourne Mountains, taking in the reservoir and the Mourne wall with mountain views throughout. Ordinary running shoes suit the terrain, though the course is not passable with a buggy. The 10 mile has two water stations and the 10K one at the dam turnaround.
