Course
A half marathon on quiet rural roads out of Betteshanger Country Park near Deal, looping through the villages of Betteshanger, Northbourne, Ripple, Sutton, East Langdon and Martin. Water stations at three, five, 7.5 and ten miles, with a 2hr50 cut-off and a halfway cut-off of 1hr25. Headphones of any kind are banned. A 1.5km junior race runs alongside.
