Course
Lapped course around the lake at Lums Pond State Park, starting and finishing at the same point: 12K is one lap, 24K is two, and 12-hour entrants repeat a lap of about 7.35 miles. Underfoot it is roughly 70% single track, 20% wider trail and 10% gravel, mostly flat with rolling sections. Aid stations sit at the start/finish and around mile 4.
