Course
A flat, fast certified four miles inside Waterworks Park in Des Moines. The course starts near the Bill Riley Trail Bridge, runs the big loop and the small loop anticlockwise, then returns along the main stretch to finish where it began.

Welcome to the 2nd edition of the Des Moines Spring 4-Miler! Brought to you by Wieland Racing, the organizer of The Blazing 5k and Mile. The Des Moines Spring 4-miler is designed to help break off the rust and give you a benchmark heading into the spring season. You never know what conditions you'll get in Iowa, but this is great chance to at least have company in a good hard effort in March. All levels are welcome!
